Serving all Houston areas
I run a junk removal company. I’ll set up AI in yours.
I come to your office, connect AI to the email and calendar you already use, build it around the way you actually quote and follow up, and train your people. By the time I leave, it’s running.
This is for you if
- You’ve got somewhere between 5 and 40 people
- You still work in the business, not just on it
- Quotes, follow-ups, and scheduling eat your week
- Stuff waits on you because you’re the bottleneck
- You already pay a bookkeeper or an IT guy, so you know what it’s worth to hand something off
Businesses I’m built for:
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, landscaping, junk removal and hauling, specialty contractors, real estate teams and brokerages, insurance agencies, small law and accounting practices, medical and dental offices, design and architecture firms, freight and logistics.
If you’re a one-person shop or you’ve never paid for a professional service before, I’m probably not worth it to you yet. I’d rather say that up front.
The day
What actually happens
-
We talk first, for 30 minutes
Before I show up, I want to hear about a normal Tuesday. What eats your time, how you quote a job, what software you bought and nobody uses. I come in already knowing what we’re building.
-
I get you set up, in your name
You create your own account, on your card, with your password. I never hold your login. We connect it to your Gmail, your calendar, and your files, and I show you how to shut the whole thing off before we turn any of it on.
-
We build the real thing, with you typing
Not demos. Your actual quote template, your actual follow-up, your actual weekly recap, using a real customer. You drive, I talk. A workflow you watched me build is a magic trick. One you built is a skill.
-
Your team learns it at their own desks
Everyone builds one thing for their own job. The office manager builds something for the office manager. Nobody sits through a lecture about the future of work.
-
You keep all of it, and I’m a text away
Everything lives in your account, not mine. If you can’t remember how to do something, or something stops working, text me and I’ll sort it out. If it turns into building something new, that’s another day and I’ll say so up front rather than quietly doing it.
No “contact us for a quote”
What it costs
Most people in this business make you get on a call to find out. I’d rather you know now and decide if it’s worth your time. One number, one day.
A day on site
One day · your whole team · Houston area
- A 30-minute call first, so I arrive knowing what we’re building
- Your account set up in your name, on your card
- Your business loaded in: pricing, services, how you talk
- 5 workflows built on your real jobs, with you typing
- Hands-on session for your team, at their own desks
- A recorded walkthrough in your voice, for new hires
- Printed cheat sheet for every person
Paid in thirds
So you’re never paying ahead for something you haven’t seen
- A third to hold the date
- A third the morning of
- A third when your handoff pack and recording land, within 48 hours
Founding rate: $350 for the day, for my first three clients. In exchange I want honest feedback, a testimonial I can use, and two introductions if you think I earned them. That’s the whole trade and I’ll put it in writing. After those three, it’s $1,000.
Why me
I’m not a consultant. I run a business that gets dirty.
I co-own H&L Junk Removal & Hauling out of League City. I do the sales and marketing, which mostly meant I was the guy answering every message, writing every quote, and chasing every follow-up that went quiet.
So I built a system for it, on my own money, in my own inbox. It worked. Then I built one for an interior design firm I do marketing for, and it worked there too, in a completely different kind of business.
That’s the whole reason this exists. Every other person selling you AI help learned it from a course. I learned it because I was drowning.
Ask me to show you. On our call I’ll open my actual H&L inbox and walk you through what I do before I quote a job. Not a slide deck. The real thing, with the real numbers.
What people say
Nothing here yet, on purpose.
I’m just getting started, so I’m not going to put up made-up quotes or stock photos of people who don’t exist. When I’ve done the work for real businesses, their words go here with their names on them.
Right now I’m taking on my first three clients at a reduced rate in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial. If that sounds like a fair trade, let’s talk.
The question everybody asks
“Is this thing going to read all my email?”
Fair question, and the honest answer has some nuance in it. Short version: it can read and search your mail when you ask it to, it can write drafts, and it physically cannot send email. There’s no send button in what it’s allowed to do. Everything lands in your drafts and waits for you.
Calendar is the one where it can actually make changes, and I’ll tell you that before we turn it on, not after.
I wrote out the full answer, including the parts that aren’t flattering, on its own page.
Where I actually drive
Serving all Houston areas
I’m based in League City and I cover the whole metro. Katy, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Humble, Tomball, Baytown, Pasadena, Sugar Land, Pearland, Alvin, Friendswood, Galveston, and every part of Houston proper from the Energy Corridor to the Heights to the Medical Center. Travel anywhere in the Houston area is included in the price.
Katy
High bid volume off the back of new-build subdivisions. Fencing, pools, HVAC, roofing, custom builders. Also Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg.
Pearland
Two economies: practices spilling down 288 from the Medical Center, and trades chasing Manvel and Iowa Colony. Also Alvin, Missouri City.
League City
Home. Marine and Clear Lake aerospace, remodelers, restoration crews. Also Friendswood, Webster, Kemah, Dickinson, Texas City.
Those three have their own pages because that’s where I started, but the offer is the same anywhere in the Houston area. Outside the metro I’ll still come for a travel fee, and further out than that we do it over video, which works fine.
Fifteen minutes, and I’ll tell you if I can help
I’ll ask what your week looks like. If I don’t think this is worth your money, I’ll say so on the call and we’ll both get on with our day.
